About the Founder
Mr Lerata Tlali, the founder of MORA TLALI GROUP OF COMPANIES, was born on 12 July 1980 in Meqheleng, Ficksburg, South Africa.
Coming from a disadvantaged background, Mr Tlali developed a strong spirit of determination, perseverance and self-reliance from an early age. Faced with financial challenges, he began selling sweets in his hometown of Meqheleng to raise funds for his tertiary education.
Through hard work and sacrifice, he pursued his academic ambitions at Technikon Free State, where he studied towards a National Diploma in Civil Engineering.
His journey from humble beginnings to entrepreneurship reflects his belief that circumstances should never define one’s future. His determination to overcome adversity became the foundation upon which he built MORA TLALI GROUP OF COMPANIES, a diversified business group committed to growth, service excellence and economic development.
